Hi, I’m Helen. I’m a therapist based in Porirua, and I work primarily with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). I love this work, and I love the results I see in my clients every day. I support people with anxiety, trauma, and overwhelm, and I take a thoughtful, individualised approach, combining deep therapeutic work with clear, grounded insight to help people understand what’s going on and what their next step might be.

I work with people who feel trapped in their own minds—stuck in cycles of overthinking, anxiety, rumination, and self-doubt. Using a blend of somatic hypnotherapy, NLP, and mindset work, I help clients gently rewire subconscious patterns so calm, clarity, and confidence become more natural and sustainable. My spiritual awareness and my background in the field of health have benefitted my appreciation for both tangible and mystical perceptions when it comes to physical and mental wellbeing.

A key focus and passion is trauma recovery for big T and little t trauma. It may be very recent or from our past. Such trauma as childhood sexual abuse, abandonment, neglect, earthquakes, violence, bullying, car accidents, and warfare.
