Before stepping into the wellbeing field, I spent years in leadership roles in the Food and Beverage industry, where coaching and supporting others became second nature.
In 2021, I became a qualified iheart (Innate Health and Resilience Training) facilitator, working with both adults and children. Since then, I’ve continued to deepen my learning through international conferences and retreats with some of the leading voices in this field.
Most importantly, I bring real-life experience, empathy, and a genuine belief in your resilience.
Together, we can uncover a new way of seeing life – one that feels lighter, calmer, and far less overwhelming.
