I support you in the areas of: anxiety/depression, self-esteem/confidence, balance in your life, personal development, problematic use of alcohol and drugs, anger management and the psychological side of Autism and Asperger’s, OCD, ADD, ADHD and more.

Over the years, I have worked with many individuals and couples facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, and stress management. I also have training in relationship counselling, trauma and grief.

Hi, my name is Troy, I have been working as a social worker/therapist for now 18 years in New Zealand. I have worked with numerous individuals, couples, and groups of all ages and ethnicities. I'm a compassionate and professional counsellor with 25 years of experience of helping people. I have successfully treated people with issues that range from minor to chronic problems, such as anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, panic attacks, PTSD, complex trauma, relationship issues, low self esteem, sleep difficulties, stress and parenting issues. I work fluently in English and also in German.
