Kia ora,

My name is Keri and I am an experienced Counsellor and Human Performance Coach.
I trained as a Counsellor at Swansea University in 1997 and have been driven by a passion for supporting people to reach their potential in health happiness and success since.

As such I’ve studied many modalities and been fortunate enough to meet some awesome people to support my own growth and maturity as well as integrate new treatments / modalities into my professional practice.

I have a deep empathy for the human condition and respect for the challenges ( and often hidden strengths ) that confront people at times in their lives.

I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor.
I am eternally optimistic in supporting people through meaningful change. I believe I have a strength in connecting with people at many levels and a skill in utilising techniques that optimise human performance whether they be to support those in emotional or psychological distress or maximise their performance with opportunities for success.

I believe we meet people at precisely the right moment and am excited at the work we may have an opportunity to do together.

Online therapy

Use the zoom format to support clients to access therapy whn distance and time are prohibitive.
I was actually a Manager of a Counselling Service when we were challenged with the Covid Pandemic.
nitially haveing some reservations about the effectiveness of on line Counselling/ Coachin I found this resource to be incredibly effective, sometimes more effective than fce to face.
I would encourage people to consider On line work if family/ work committments have prevented them accessing help in the past.
My fees are the same as for face to face sessions.
