My name is Jessica. I am a life and relationship coach in New Plymouth offering individual and relationship coaching. Together we explore solutions, invite curiosity, new perspectives & opportunities to shift from the current way of being to an expanded embodiment of you.

I provide a safe and warm container for people to be themselves, encouraging personal growth and healing with kindness and compassion. My work is a gentle, body-centred therapy where you are supported to slow down and access healing through embodied connection and heartfelt listening.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
