Counsellor

Hailing from the West Coast of Auckland, I have called Pāpāmoa and Mount Maunganui home since 2010.

I completed my Bachelor of Education (Teaching) in 2003 and have taught adolescents in Auckland, Mount Maunganui, and Pāpāmoa since. In 2024, I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Guidance Studies.

I also hold a Certificate in Business Skills and Level 2 Reiki. I use a pluralistic, solution-based approach tailored to your needs, offering empathy, warmth, validation, and non-judgment as you explore your story.

I believe that realistic choice-making can support your counselling, and I consider it a privilege to journey with you in a safe and confidential environment to process what can be difficult emotions. My wish is to ultimately enhance your self-awareness and resilience.

My interests include yoga, ballet, travelling, and reading and I am a Mum to one teenage daughter.
