I am a clinical psychologist with 29 years of experience, originally from South Africa and practicing as a clinical psychologist in New Zealand for the past six years. My interests include: * Problems with Mood -- Major Depression, Dysthymia, Bipolar Disorder, etc. * Problems with Anxiety -- Panic Disorder, GAD, OCD, PTSD, etc. * Bereavement * Stress * Relationship Challenges * Intimacy issues, especially women's challenges (e.g., menopause, infertility, etc)

My name is Keri and I am an experienced Counsellor Human Performance Coach and Registerd Cliinical Supervisor. I have been supported by some incredible mentors to develop a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing particularly when standard approaches may not havee been effective. I pitch my work in a way that challenges clients/ couples to thrive rather than simply reduce challenging symptoms or issues.

I enjoy working alongside clients who are navigating major life transitions, coping with mental health challenges, or seeking greater self-awareness. I also welcome couples who are interested in relationship counselling.
