I’m Linda, a Therapist and Coach with a BSc in Applied Psychology. I help people like you break free from disordered eating, body image challenges and the emotional factors that drive them. I’ve been there myself and I know just how tough it can feel but I also know it’s possible to overcome these struggles and I’m here to guide you every step of the way!
I’m an open, honest, easy-going and non-judgmental person who understands what it’s like to struggle with mental health. I’ve overcome eating disorders, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression and now it brings me so much joy to support others in their healing journey.
