Hi, I am Sandi - a dedicated counsellor offering therapy with 14 years of experience in supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments - whether it’s overcoming trauma, navigating grief, managing anxiety, significant life changes, mental health challenges, women’s health, personal growth or finding hope in the face of addiction.

I am a registered counsellor (NZAC) who creates a safe, confidential space where clients can explore their emotions, uncover inner strength, and navigate life with courage and self-awareness. Calm, patient, and grounded, I take a person-centred, collaborative approach, supporting individuals, couples, and whānau both in person and online. Originally from Kiel, Germany, I have lived in Spain and New Zealand, experiences that have deepened my understanding of identity, belonging, and human connection. I am a mother of three,

I support you in the areas of: anxiety/depression, self-esteem/confidence, balance in your life, personal development, problematic use of alcohol and drugs, anger management and the psychological side of Autism and Asperger’s, OCD, ADD, ADHD and more.

I am a member of NZAC and focus on offering skills for regulating emotions and working towards healing/thriving. I have been instrumental in the mindfulness modalities for therapy and emotional regulation across Australasia since the mid 2000s. Kia ora, I’m Tiera (she/her), a registered counsellor based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. I work with individual adults and adolescents. I’m passionate about inclusivity - I’m a safe and affirming counsellor for LGBTTQIA+ individuals and have experience supporting neurodivergent clients. I also provide wellbeing workshops and trauma-informed training for schools and workplaces.

Michelle - Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neuro Change Practitioner, and Women's Empowerment and Couples Coach. Specialising in the treatment of family and relationship trauma, I utilise advanced clinical hypnotherapy and neuro change methodologies to delve into the root causes of emotional distress to release and rewire your thinking.

Psychologist - I provide one to one therapy to adults seeking a better life. I can support you to deal with and overcome Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Stress and a number of other issues. Together we can learn strategies to increase happiness, purpose, fulfillment and motivation.
