With warmth, empathy, non-judgement, and a gentle presence, I offer face-to-face counselling for adults, couples and young people. I create a safe, conpassinate space where you can simply be yourself - where your thoughts, feelings and experiences are met with genuine care and acceptance.
My practice is gounded in person-centred, collaborative approach, drawing on a range of modalities to support you throught life's challenges and guide you towards meaningful personal growth. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or simpling seeking deeper self-understanding. I am here to walk along side you.
My professional background includes both counselling and many years as a registered nurse, giving me a deep appreciation for the connection between emotional and physical wellbeing. I bring to my work not only professional experience, but also rich lived experience and a deep commitment to family, community and the environment. This shapes a wholistic approach that honours each person as a whole being - Mind, body and spirit.
I believe in the power of human connection, presence, and the healing potential of being truly heard.
