Counsellor (MNZAC)

Kia ora, I’m Tiera (she/her), a registered counsellor based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.

For 15 years, I’ve worked alongside young people and their families, helping them navigate life’s challenges. As a counsellor for the past 8 years, I’ve supported teens and adults in schools, bereavement support, community counselling, and private practice.

My approach is pluralistic, trauma-informed, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-backed methods to find what works best, ensuring a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood.

I’m passionate about inclusivity - I’m a safe and affirming counsellor for LGBTTQIA+ individuals and have experience supporting neurodivergent clients. I also provide wellbeing workshops and trauma-informed training for schools and workplaces.
