From my practice Angela Claridge Wellness on the Kapiti Coast, I support people to positively and proactively address stuck points, distress and disruptive behaviours in their lives, to enable them to live fully, regain control and find joy.

I offer face to face counselling as well as online. I provide a calm, safe space for people to work through issues that are causing them difficulties. My work has given me the privilege of working with a wide range of people with differing backgrounds and circumstances with whatever brings them to therapy: low mood, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, repeating patterns, grief, and addictions. Sometimes people don’t know what brings them to therapy. They might not feel right, and have a need for clarity – therapy is often a great place for addressing this.
