Hi, my name is David. I'm a counsellor and coach based in Auckland. I often meet with people at a cafe to offer counselling and coaching in a relaxed and informal setting. For those who would prefer a more private meeting I am available online.

My passion is to support people on their healing journey and to ultimately feel empowered to feel at home in their bodies. In my practice, I incorporate a variety of modalities which activate the brain and support the nervous system to create a readiness to grow and change.

Hi, my name is Clare, and I am a CCI certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach. I offer in person sessions in Auckland or online sessions for those not based in Auckland. I also offer text support in between sessions as this is often where a lot of the hard work is done, when things arise in the moment and you need support outside of our sessions. I also offer meal support sessions, and clothes and grocery shopping support.

I have been supported by some incredible mentors to develop a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing particularly when standard approaches may not havee been effective.
