I offer tailored counseling services for individuals, couples, and groups. My dedicated practice is committed to providing accessible and affordable solutions to help you overcome life's obstacles.
 

In addition of a Bachelor of Arts degree, I have a Master of Science degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling. Drawing on over four decades of experience in education, I've had the privilege of fostering the growth and development of countless young minds from primary school through high school, and have guided adults through life changes.

I now use my extensive life experience and refined people skills to help clients of all ages and circumstances. My deep understanding of human behaviour, communication, and development, honed over decades, allows me to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space.

I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their challenges, overcome obstacles, and move toward positive, lasting change.
