My work has given me the privilege of working with a wide range of people with differing backgrounds and circumstances with whatever brings them to therapy: low mood, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, repeating patterns, grief, and addictions. My name is Keri and I am an experienced Counsellor Human Performance Coach and Registerd Cliinical Supervisor. I have been supported by some incredible mentors to develop a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing particularly when standard approaches may not havee been effective. I pitch my work in a way that challenges clients/ couples to thrive rather than simply reduce challenging symptoms or issues.

My experience includes working with couples and relationships, anxiety, trauma, low mood and depression. I also work extensively with older clients (over 60s) and those who have experienced negative father issues.
