Kia ora, my name is Rebekah, I'm 31 and I am a qualified counsellor based in both Rolleston and Christchurch. I offer in-person sessions in Rolleston and Christchurch and online counselling throughout New Zealand, working with a vast range of ages and presenting challenges.

My name is Nikki, counsellor in Christchurch. I bring to my counselling a focus on the client as the expert on themselves with a range of knowledge, skills and strategies to bring about changes and facilitate their own healing.

I provide a calm and compassionate space where you can pause, reflect, and feel genuinely supported. Together, we can explore challenges such as anxiety, stress, low mood, past trauma, or questions around cultural identity and belonging. Through our work together, my aim is to help deepen your understanding of yourself and support your journey toward healing and meaningful personal growth.
