Are you a counsellor, psychotherapist, life coach or psychologist in New Zealand?

Kia Ora,
I’m a trained clinical psychologist from India and a provisional counsellor with NZAC, now based in Christchurch. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can feel heard and understood. I’m mindful of how identity, culture, and life transitions shape our experiences, and I welcome people from all backgrounds.
Together, we can explore challenges such as anxiety, stress, low mood, past trauma, or questions around cultural identity and belonging. Through our work together, my aim is to help deepen your understanding of yourself and support your journey toward healing and meaningful personal growth.
Areas I support:
I work with adults who may be feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or going through life changes. I also support children, young people, and their families with digital wellbeing concerns, including online bullying, social media pressures, and tricky relationships with technology.
I have a particular interest in working with people from diverse and migrant communities, as well as anyone exploring identity, belonging, or change.
How I work:
I draw on Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In our work together, we’ll focus on your strengths, what matters most to you, and small, practical steps forward. I aim to help you make sense of what you’re going through, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and balanced.
If you want to know more or make an appointment, feel free to contact me.
