The name of my counselling business, Finding Balance, reflects my values and my approach to life.

My name is Keri and I am an experienced Counsellor Human Performance Coach and Registerd Cliinical Supervisor. I have been supported by some incredible mentors to develop a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing particularly when standard approaches may not havee been effective. I pitch my work in a way that challenges clients/ couples to thrive rather than simply reduce challenging symptoms or issues.

My name is Michele, I am a Therapeutic Social Work Practitioner and Supervisor. I offer therapy/counselling with individual or family/whanau members in a non-judgmental, strength based manner to facilitate personal growth that is strength based and solution focused. You will find a safe, confidential space to be supported to work through and discuss issues you are finding challenging, for positive outcomes in your life and health.

A qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor, Social Worker and a member of NZAC, I have been in private practice for the past 20 years and am passionate about assisting clients to overcome their difficulties. I am available for online sessions via SKYPE or ZOOM .
