I am available to support clients with issues including (not limited to): anxiety, depression, PTSD, identity exploration, self-esteem, direction and body image.

My name is Michele, I am a Therapeutic Social Work Practitioner and Supervisor. I offer therapy/counselling with individual or family/whanau members in a non-judgmental, strength based manner to facilitate personal growth that is strength based and solution focused. You will find a safe, confidential space to be supported to work through and discuss issues you are finding challenging, for positive outcomes in your life and health.

I provide professional counselling for adults, adolescents and parents. I am passionate about well-being and people being able to be the best version of themselves.
