Counsellor

My name is Sherina. I'm a counsellor in Palmerston North.
 
I provide professional counselling for adults, adolescents and parents. I am passionate about well-being and people being able to be the best version of themselves.

 

I offer a safe and confidential space for you to talk freely about issues and work collaboratively with clients towards improved wellness.

 

I have 18 years experience in this industry and i am a full member of New Zealand Association of Counsellors. Throughout my career i have worked in multiple social service agencies in the community alongside having a private practice.

This included specialist work in family harm and stopping violence group work, parenting and working alongside GPs in a medical practice as well as generalised social service work.
