Transformational Life Coach - Relationship Counsellor

Hi there, I am Rae.

I am experienced in a wide range of issues with much success as a couples coach, Counsellor, and a transformational Life Coach. You have all the answers inside you, and my role is to help you find the keys to unlock those answers and find your direction towards the life you dream of living. It is my honour to walk the journey alongside my clients as they find their way to healing.

I work in-person with my clients because I believe that the most healing part of any person’s journey through life is the quality of the relationships they surround themselves in. Quality Time is my love language and that applies to my clients as well. Therefore, I do not coach on-line, unless there are special circumstances.


I have recently relocated to Timaru from the Manawatu. I am from a farming background and have a very practical approach. I have four sons and an ever increasing number of grandchildren. My interests include gardening, motor sport, travel and adventures, and on-going learning and growing. My passion is empowering people to be the designers of their life, to live a life they love.
