Penelope is a Registered Social Worker, Somatic Practitioner, and Yoga Teacher who integrates trauma-informed care, intuitive movement, somatic touch and ritual to guide individuals and couples through healing, transformation, and growth.

A qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor, Social Worker and a member of NZAC, I have been in private practice for the past 20 years and am passionate about assisting clients to overcome their difficulties. I am available for online sessions via SKYPE or ZOOM .

I offer therapy/counselling with individual or family/whanau members in a non-judgmental, strength based manner to facilitate personal growth that is strength based and solution focused. Kia ora, I'm Kathryn. I'm an experienced therapist, based in Queenstown, offering online and in-person counselling for teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions. I work in both private practice and as a high school counsellor - I love both of these roles. ​
