ACC Counselling

Kia ora, I'm Kathryn. I'm an experienced therapist, based in Queenstown, offering online and in-person counselling for teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions. I work in both private practice and as a high school counsellor - I love both of these roles. ​

I'm a compassionate and professional counsellor with 25 years of experience of helping people. I have successfully treated people with issues that range from minor to chronic problems, such as anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, panic attacks, PTSD, complex trauma, relationship issues, low self esteem, sleep difficulties, stress and parenting issues. I work fluently in English and also in German.

Over the years, I have worked with many individuals and couples facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, and stress management. I also have training in relationship counselling, trauma and grief.
