Hi, my name is Troy, I have been working as a social worker/therapist for now 18 years in New Zealand. I have worked with numerous individuals, couples, and groups of all ages and ethnicities. I am an open, honest, easy-going, and non-judgemental person. I understand life can be challenging, and difficult. Therefore this is where therapy can be useful.

Kia ora, I'm Kathryn. I'm an experienced therapist, based in Queenstown, offering online and in-person counselling for teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions. I work in both private practice and as a high school counsellor - I love both of these roles. ​

I'm a compassionate and professional counsellor with 25 years of experience of helping people. I have successfully treated people with issues that range from minor to chronic problems, such as anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, panic attacks, PTSD, complex trauma, relationship issues, low self esteem, sleep difficulties, stress and parenting issues. I work fluently in English and also in German.
