My name is Cate, and I work as a counsellor here in Christchurch. I offer Individual counselling for all life issues such as grief, anxiety and depression, trauma, support for living with chronic health issues, relationship issues and all the things that make life challenging at times. I am an ally for those identifying as LGBTQAI. l I work both face to face and online (within New Zealand). I am also an ACC Counsellor

Kia ora, I'm Kathryn. I'm an experienced therapist, based in Queenstown, offering online and in-person counselling for teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions. I work in both private practice and as a high school counsellor - I love both of these roles. ​

I'm a compassionate and professional counsellor with 25 years of experience of helping people. I have successfully treated people with issues that range from minor to chronic problems, such as anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, panic attacks, PTSD, complex trauma, relationship issues, low self esteem, sleep difficulties, stress and parenting issues. I work fluently in English and also in German.
