I welcome clients who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsettled, often during a time of change in their life. This might include becoming a parent, grief, getting older, or other major life transitions. People who are looking for a safe and supportive space where they can talk openly, feel listened to, and make sense of what they are going through. Our goals may include feeling more confident, regaining a sense of control, and identify a preferred understanding of your experiences.
I tend to work through traditional talk therapy, adapting my approach to suit each person I work with. Narrative Therapy is my main framework, which focuses on your experiences and the stories that matter to you. You set the pace and direction of our conversations, and I won’t give advice unless you want it.
If the stories you’ve been carrying feel heavy, confusing, or no longer fit the life you want to live, you’re not alone. Many people reach out when a chapter feels uncertain or when old stories have begun to shape how they see themselves in unhelpful ways.
You’re welcome to reach out if you’d like a supportive space to explore your experiences.
