Here clients can express, discover, and explore their authentic thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. From here we can begin to gently challenge unhelpful beliefs and focus on self-empowerment, self-compassion, self-worth, and self love, leading to a more fulfilling and happy life.

I provide professional counselling for adults, adolescents, parents and young children. There are many reasons why people seek counselling. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to talk freely about what it is that's troubling you or you are having difficulty with.

I am a registered counsellor and supervisor, with over 20 years experience. I currently provide these services via online platforms, or in the wider Motueka area by arrangement.
