People who are looking for a safe and supportive space where they can talk openly, feel listened to, and make sense of what they are going through. Our goals may include feeling more confident, regaining a sense of control, and identify a preferred understanding of your experiences.

Kia ora! My name is Carien (kind of pronounced as "Kha-rene"). I offer a compassionate, holistic approach combining 30 years of experience in psychology, education, guidance and counselling. I use an integrative scientific approach to find a unique and individual pathway for each client.
