Kia ora, I'm an Italian therapist and I offer supervision for professionals and trauma specialised therapy for adults and couples. Sessions can be held in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

My passion is supporting people to achieve, learn, and grow, by using mentoring, education, modelling, guidance, and advocacy. In working with clients both individually and in groups, my aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment which fosters the development of emotional resilience, inner authority, and autonomy, and supports individual learning styles and preferences in addition to knowledge and skills. The name of my counselling business, Finding Balance, reflects my values and my approach to life.

I believe that realistic choice-making can support your counselling, and I consider it a privilege to journey with you in a safe and confidential environment to process what can be difficult emotions.
