Kia ora! My name is Carien (kind of pronounced as "Kha-rene"). I offer a compassionate, holistic approach combining 30 years of experience in psychology, education, guidance and counselling. I use an integrative scientific approach to find a unique and individual pathway for each client.

Hi, I’m Tamsin! I offer various therapy and coaching modalities geared towards emotional/psychological wellbeing, relationships, parenting and change. I work with both adults and teenagers, using a combination of mindfulness ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT, Solutions Focused Therapy, EP, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory & Gottman Couples Therapy. My aim is to combine the best of research-based methods with a compassionate and non-judgemental, whole-person, attitude.

People working with me bring a wide range of concerns including (but not limited to); life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, dissociative identity disorder, domestic violence, existential crises, grief, chronic health issues, injury etc. I work with older teenagers online but not those under 15 years of age.
