My work has given me the privilege of working with a wide range of people with differing backgrounds and circumstances with whatever brings them to therapy: low mood, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, repeating patterns, grief, and addictions. Sometimes people don’t know what brings them to therapy. They might not feel right, and have a need for clarity – therapy is often a great place for addressing this.

As a parent, teacher and student of Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, I bring a warm, attachment-centred approach to healing. With decades of experience in yoga therapy, contemplative movement, and mindfulness, I support people struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction through body-based, experiential therapy. Drawing from Internal Family Systems and trauma-informed practices, I create a safe space where you can reconnect with your body's innate wisdom and return home to your authentic self.
