My name is Angela. I have almost 20 years experience in the mental health sector. From my practice Angela Claridge Wellness on the Kapiti Coast, I support people to positively and proactively address stuck points, distress and disruptive behaviours in their lives, to enable them to live fully, regain control and find joy.

I have been supported by some incredible mentors to develop a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing particularly when standard approaches may not havee been effective.
