I see therapy as a journey of discovery and healing. Whether it’s working through trauma, grief, or building understanding around neurodiversity or family dynamics, I provide a calm, compassionate space where people can unpack what’s been weighing on them. My role is to walk alongside my clients helping them build insight, develop emotional tools, and rediscover hope.

My name is Keri and I am an experienced Counsellor Human Performance Coach and Registerd Cliinical Supervisor. I have been supported by some incredible mentors to develop a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing particularly when standard approaches may not havee been effective. I pitch my work in a way that challenges clients/ couples to thrive rather than simply reduce challenging symptoms or issues.

My experience includes working with couples and relationships, anxiety, trauma, low mood and depression. I also work extensively with older clients (over 60s) and those who have experienced negative father issues.

A key focus and passion is trauma recovery for big T and little t trauma. It may be very recent or from our past. Such trauma as childhood sexual abuse, abandonment, neglect, earthquakes, violence, bullying, car accidents, and warfare.
