I am a registered counsellor and trained educational psychologist with 14 years of experience supporting individuals of all ages. I work collaboratively to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is integrative and tailored to each person’s needs, drawing from psychotherapy, CBT, EMDR, ACT, and Narrative Therapy.
