Kia ora, I'm Rachel. I’m a therapist and coach based in Wellington, Aotearoa NZ. I use a broad range of modalities—including bioenergetic psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, to support people to enjoy more success, happiness and life energy. My work is practical, grounded and effective. The most common thing I hear my clients say is: "you really listen to me."

My experience includes working with couples and relationships, anxiety, trauma, low mood and depression. I also work extensively with older clients (over 60s) and those who have experienced negative father issues.

Kia ora koutou! Julie is my name. I aim to be a guide, to support you in the navigation of challenging life issues, towards resolution, comfort and peace. I am available to support clients with issues including (not limited to): anxiety, depression, PTSD, identity exploration, self-esteem, direction and body image.
