I have a special interest and experience with cultural and neuro-diversity, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I tailor my therapeutic approach according to each client's individual needs and wants. Although I mainly draw from person-centered and solution-focused therapy modalities, I often integrate aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Supporting clients to change unhelpful patterns, and find connection and meaning in their life are key aspects of my counselling.

I am a registered psychotherapist and have a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology, and I am certified in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I offer Individual counselling for all life issues such as grief, anxiety and depression, trauma, support for living with chronic health issues, relationship issues and all the things that make life challenging at times.
