I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.

I am passionate about the work I do and I am committed in providing beneficial therapy for clients affected by mental health related issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, phobia. trauma and grief. I utilise a range of modalities that include Neuroscience evidence based techniques like BWRT, Brief Solution focused therapy, CBT and Mindfulness.
