Neurodiversity - Counselling Canterbury

I have a special interest and experience with cultural and neuro-diversity, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I tailor my therapeutic approach according to each client's individual needs and wants. Although I mainly draw from person-centered and solution-focused therapy modalities, I often integrate aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Supporting clients to change unhelpful patterns, and find connection and meaning in their life are key aspects of my counselling.

Life can be complex, especially when you’re carrying anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or moving through a season of change. I support people facing these experiences by offering a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. Our sessions are shaped around your experiences, strengths, and what feels most important to you. A free 30-minute meet-and-greet is available so you can get a feel for our sessions and see whether working together feels like the right fit for you.
