My spiritual awareness and my background in the field of health have benefitted my appreciation for both tangible and mystical perceptions when it comes to physical and mental wellbeing.

Hi, I’m Helen. I’m a therapist based in Porirua, and I work primarily with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). I love this work, and I love the results I see in my clients every day. I support people with anxiety, trauma, and overwhelm, and I take a thoughtful, individualised approach, combining deep therapeutic work with clear, grounded insight to help people understand what’s going on and what their next step might be.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
