My name is Angela. I have almost 20 years experience in the mental health sector. From my practice Angela Claridge Wellness on the Kapiti Coast, I support people to positively and proactively address stuck points, distress and disruptive behaviours in their lives, to enable them to live fully, regain control and find joy.

My name is Keri and I am an experienced Counsellor Human Performance Coach and Registerd Cliinical Supervisor. I have been supported by some incredible mentors to develop a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing particularly when standard approaches may not havee been effective. I pitch my work in a way that challenges clients/ couples to thrive rather than simply reduce challenging symptoms or issues.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
