This might include becoming a parent, grief, getting older, or other major life transitions. People who are looking for a safe and supportive space where they can talk openly, feel listened to, and make sense of what they are going through. Our goals may include feeling more confident, regaining a sense of control, and identify a preferred understanding of your experiences.

Kia Ora. I am a Registered Nurse with 29 years experience in MH Services, currently working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. I am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) which I have specialised in for the last 15 years. I have lived in the Te Awamutu area for most of my life and look forward to providing therapy services for Te Awamutu and surrounding districts (Otorohanga, Te Kuiti, Cambridge).
