Life can bring its share of challenges, whether they feel overwhelming or are simply moments when you need someone to talk with. I am able to provide a safe, supportive space where we can work together to navigate what’s on your mind. My experience includes working with people from their teens, through to later life stages, supporting with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, bullying, and identity work.
