Hi, my name is Troy, I have been working as a social worker/therapist for now 18 years in New Zealand. I have worked with numerous individuals, couples, and groups of all ages and ethnicities. I am an open, honest, easy-going, and non-judgemental person. I understand life can be challenging, and difficult. Therefore this is where therapy can be useful.

I enjoy working alongside clients who are navigating major life transitions, coping with mental health challenges, or seeking greater self-awareness.
