In working with clients both individually and in groups, my aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment which fosters the development of emotional resilience, inner authority, and autonomy, and supports individual learning styles and preferences in addition to knowledge and skills. The name of my counselling business, Finding Balance, reflects my values and my approach to life.
