I work with people who are recovering from trauma, having relationship issues, are looking for life development or change, are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, anger, work and life stresses, and maternal mental health.

My name is Bec. I can help with suffering from the effects of grief, trauma (past or present), abuse, anxiety or depression. I use Imago therapy with couples.

I provide professional counselling for adults, adolescents, parents and young children. There are many reasons why people seek counselling. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to talk freely about what it is that's troubling you or you are having difficulty with.

My passion is supporting people to achieve, learn, and grow, by using mentoring, education, modelling, guidance, and advocacy. In working with clients both individually and in groups, my aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment which fosters the development of emotional resilience, inner authority, and autonomy, and supports individual learning styles and preferences in addition to knowledge and skills. The name of my counselling business, Finding Balance, reflects my values and my approach to life.
