I offer face to face counselling as well as online. I provide a calm, safe space for people to work through issues that are causing them difficulties. I believe that sometimes we soar and other times we struggle, my aim is to work with whatever you bring into the room and I will do the best I can to help you move forward in a happier, healthier way.

I have been in practice for more than 20 years and specialise in providing a wide range of effective therapeutic techniques for individuals, couples and families. I am passionate about the work I do and I am committed in providing beneficial therapy for clients affected by mental health related issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, phobia. trauma and grief. I utilise a range of modalities that include Neuroscience evidence based techniques like BWRT, Brief Solution focused therapy, CBT and Mindfulness.

My passion is supporting people to achieve, learn, and grow, by using mentoring, education, modelling, guidance, and advocacy. In working with clients both individually and in groups, my aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment which fosters the development of emotional resilience, inner authority, and autonomy, and supports individual learning styles and preferences in addition to knowledge and skills. The name of my counselling business, Finding Balance, reflects my values and my approach to life.
