I have been instrumental in the mindfulness modalities for therapy and emotional regulation across Australasia since the mid 2000s. Improving relationship (even that which you have with yourself) is the path to thriving. My motto is: the past informed the present, but the NOW creates the future. There is no time like now to step up and grow your relationship wellbeing.

In life we can all have times that are more challenging and painful than others and counselling can provide a safe space to work through those seasons. I am a Counsellor and Couples Therapist who is committed to providing that safe and confidential environment where people can feel heard and validated while working through their pain and struggles without judgement.
