Penelope is a Registered Social Worker, Somatic Practitioner, and Yoga Teacher who integrates trauma-informed care, intuitive movement, somatic touch and ritual to guide individuals and couples through healing, transformation, and growth.

A key focus and passion is trauma recovery for big T and little t trauma. It may be very recent or from our past. Such trauma as childhood sexual abuse, abandonment, neglect, earthquakes, violence, bullying, car accidents, and warfare.

Are you feeling distressed, anxious, overwhelmed or lost? I support adults to ease emotional suffering and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and steadiness. Drawing on Counselling, Psychology and NLP, I help with anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma and low mood. My approach is warm, respectful and non-judgmental, welcoming cultural, spiritual, gender, sexual and neurodiverse identities.
