I have been in practice for more than 20 years and specialise in providing a wide range of effective therapeutic techniques for individuals, couples and families. I am passionate about the work I do and I am committed in providing beneficial therapy for clients affected by mental health related issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, phobia. trauma and grief. I utilise a range of modalities that include Neuroscience evidence based techniques like BWRT, Brief Solution focused therapy, CBT and Mindfulness.

I offer packages of Counselling and Coaching sessions in person and online via zoom. My name is Nicola, and I am an eating disorder recovery coach. An eating disorder not only affects the person suffering from it but the whole family too. For this reason, I also focus on helping the family through this journey, advising on how to best support the client at home and in day-to-day life.
