Kia ora, I am an experienced Counsellor and Group Facilitator that has been involved in clinical work for the past 10+ years. I enjoy working alongside clients who are navigating major life transitions, coping with mental health challenges, or seeking greater self-awareness. I also welcome couples who are interested in relationship counselling.

I offer packages of Counselling and Coaching sessions in person and online via zoom. I can help you by providing a healing trusting space to work through your distress and then to find more empowered communication styles to build better relationships and a better future.

My name is Nicola, and I am an eating disorder recovery coach. An eating disorder not only affects the person suffering from it but the whole family too. For this reason, I also focus on helping the family through this journey, advising on how to best support the client at home and in day-to-day life.
